I,purchased a Fazely guitar case from Bax for a fender strat I was so pleased with it I ordered another for my epiphone lp the case was sent via gls parcel service,however Bax must have changed companies and the next case was sent via Hermes It was promised to arrive on the 3/11/20 at the time of writing 09/11/20 it has still not arrived!.the excuse from Hermes is that it would not fit in the van the box would be no more than 44"x16".Bax needs to check online and see how many complaints Hermes has against them as Hermes is letting Bax and their customers down.
