I have had exactly the same experience as the person in the last review on your site, if I had see this review before hand I would never have gone ahead with my last order which was an urgently needed item. For me, 9 days in and I am still waiting with no sign of my order any day soon! My oder is the Rycote Super-Blimp kit NTG. Covid can and should not be used as an excuse for this kind of service! Within the last 9 days I have ordered goods from Hong Kong, which I have already received! My advise to any prospective customers who need prompt delivery, is to seriously reconsider another alternative if they do not want the added stress and disappointment of having to navigate a broken delivery system.
