I’ve unfortunately had a negative experience with Bax music and would neither recommend them or shop with them again. My order was lost by the courier (Hermes have admitted fault) but despite calling twice and emailing 4 times in the past week, I haven’t received a response from Bax music other than to ask for my social security number (I’m in the UK so don’t have one) and proof of signature despite the fact I’ve provided evidence from the courier that the parcel was never signed for (having supposedly been left in a safe place). I’m now left without a Christmas present for my son and have wasted so much time this week chasing this up with Bax music / Hermes.
