Got an amazing deal on an XDJ XZ using a discount code sent to me as part of Bax’s Black Friday promotion. Cancelled this same order during the first lockdown as all my events were postponed and item wasn’t in stock, so I waited 6 months to place order again. Glad I did, got it slightly cheaper and it was available in stock. Initially wouldn’t accept price match but later emailed to say they would be happy to honour the difference in vouchers which I later put towards a decksaver. Emails answered promptly and received frequent tracking updates as it was shipped from the Netherlands. Overall very pleased with the service I received and would gladly recommend Bax to anyone.
