***NEVER DELIVERED!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED*** Ordered a behringer speaker for a Christmas present, bought it from Bax because the price and they could deliver on the 19th Dec...... As of the 24th Dec no delivery, Hermes app shows "Expecting" emailed and called Bax, no callback as promised and email stating they will ask Hermes about it!!! Hermes haven't received it yet....... Facebook Messaged on the 24th Dec and told the item had been returned due to the blockade which was strange as the lockdown happened 2 days after the expected delivery date 🤔🤥 I had to order some more speakers from Amazon which came the next day. It is worth paying a little bit more with Amazon to make sure you get your item...... Terrible service and I'm afraid I would not recommend Bax to anyone...
