Firstly, UPS failed on so many levels but I did eventually receive my purchase. Secondly, My boxed Nemesis guitar pedal was sent inside a much larger box WITHOUT ANY surrounding protection. (There was also a loose UK power adaptor in there to cause extra damage) It bounced it's way around Europe, and it shows when looking at the packaging. Scared to see what I may find when I power it up for the first time. Imagine if this was a synth that I bought. I shudder to think of what condition it would've arrived in! (If shops do this you may as well take your chances with eBay. It couldn't be any more unprofessional)
