Poor service.
Bought a boom arm stand 9th Dec 2020. I am yet to receive my item today 13th Jan 2021.
I called multiple times and transferred to reception who create a call back request from customer service that will never call back. This happened more than 8 times.
Very poor service and process.
I will never buy from them again
