I recently ordered a portable PA system from BAX (Samson Expedition 106wDE). I was specifically looking for this model due to the wireless headset microphone it came with. I conduct funerals and this unit was to allow me to provide both music and voice at cemetery services. BAX had this unit in stock, so I placed my order. I am surprised to read some of the low and negative reviews of this company. I can only speak from my personal experience, which I have to say was excellent. I placed my order online on 15th January 2021 and received an email confirmation that my order had been placed. Later that same day I received a second email to advise that my order was being shipped and that it would be couriered by UPS. My order was delivered to my home address in the UK, by UPS, on the 20th January 2021 from the BAX warehouse in the Netherlands. It was well packaged, arrived undamaged and works perfectly. My experience of using this company has been excellent and I am delighted with my order, which is going to help me deliver better services to my clients.
