Warning! This company pretends to be UK-based, but they operate from the Netherlands. I ordered 9 days ago, was promised guaranteed delivery within 2-4 days, but they still haven't even been handed over to the courier. Hermes are still waiting on their parcel. No update from the company whatsoever. I messaged Bax' cmr service several times but they haven't replied at all, not even after 7 days. I called their cmr service number, the person that answered was Dutch and said cmr service is not available. He didn't even bother taking my order number or full UK number and just mumbled 'someone might call back'. Shocking. Meanwhile, they have my money and didn't even bother to dispatch or reply.
