BAX have failed to reply to my emails and my order is knowhere to be seen and is a week overdue. I spoke to them on the phone on Wednesday (day after it was due) and was PROMISED Hermes would have it scanned and sent to me by Friday, which never happened. Tried ringing on Saturday multiple times and when I got through the receptionist said nobody can speak to me because they're too busy. So am I. 7 days later without my order and minus the money I've spent BAX sends me an automated email asking me to review my experience / new products - so here we are. If I don't hear back today I'll be contacting my back for a chargeback / section 75
