Hopeless. Masquerading to be a UK supplier. Plus they use UPS for deliveries which are surely THE worst. Ordered a guitar on 5th Jan. Received repeating "we're delivering tomorrow' emails. Checked the tracking after third failed delivery only to find goods left Eindhoven, arrived in UK and then went back to Eindhoven.
Cancelled the order. Of course they blamed Brexit. I blamed them for masquerading as a UK Supplier. It's now end of March and still no refund. Apparently they haven't raised the correct paperwork to get the item back from UPS.
If the goods are lost in transit, what are they going to do? Penalise me? I never received the goods and I certainly didn't choose the carrier.
Going nowhere near them again and while they don't refund, there will be more of these postings to follow.
