I bought an RCF E16 professional audio mixer from Bax recently but was disappointed with what I found in the box. The mixer was well boxed but upon opening it, the mixer didn't have any instructions or warranty card included? The mixer also has slight marks and was dusty. It looked like it was a demo model? I telephoned Bax to mention this and they told me to go online for the instructions etc. They did say to their credit if I wasn't happy, return the mixer. I am happy with the mixer but found it strange that it didn't include instructions etc? My fist buy from them.
