I ordered 2 Evolve 30m column loudspeakers on 25th March. They were (at the time) the best price I could find.
The order was shipped quickly,on a 3 day delivery via UPS.
They were ordered on a Thursday so, allowing for the weekend they would be delivered on Wednesday 31st March.
I also ordered on the 26th, covers for the speakers, they arrived on the 28th via Hermes.
That was when the fun started.
I received a email from UPS, stating they would be delayed,and delivered on the Thursday...not so bad considering they were coming from Eindhoven...or so I thought.
To cut a longer story short,UPS buggered up the shipping and I eventually got the columns, one on Thursday 7th and the other on 8th April.
The reasons given were due to brexit problems.......!!??
I had contacted Bax to find out what the problem was but didn't receive a reply until The 8th April after the goods had been delivered.
The delivery was not the Fault of Bax, and the goods are the business,and a good price.
There will always be a risk ordering from Europe these days,but if you are prepared to wait a couple of days extra it could be worth it!
