Do not trust this company. I have placed an order on 11th of May and it is written it would be delivered in 2 business days, this is the 8th day and the courier company (Hermes) is still expecting the package. When I gave a call to Bax.co.uk, they told me it will be delivered by Mondial Relay from Netherlands but they could not provide me even tracking details for Mondial Relay. I believe that they sold a product which they do not have in their stocks. Otherwise If someone brought my package by walking from Netherlands It would be delivered to me by now. On the other hand If I knew they are not located in the UK I would not place any order from them.
