I ordered an AT4040 microphone from Bax as it was on at a good price and they appear to be UK based. And then they asked me to review it and them. Well I’d love to be able to review the mike but it hasn’t arrived (days after it should have done) and they don’t respond when you email them to ask where it is. The initial problem is they aren’t UK based. They ship from Europe using a shipper who then passes the parcel to Hermes - but the only tracking you have is via the first shipper which is useless. Oh and in French! I got in touch with them to ask where it had got to - no response. So my only advice is avoid like the plague and use a better company who is actually based in the UK.
