Great service, beautiful ukulele! I’m so happy with my choice of ukulele and my purchase with Bax Music. Considering I’ve never purchased from this site before, the whole experience from start to finish was impeccable. On completing my order I received an confirmation email and delivery date. The order arrived within 3 days and as you can see from the photo, it arrived in an outer sturdy box, then the manufacturer box, before the ukulele itself in it’s protective case. Very reassuring to see the care taken for the uke to arrive in perfect condition. I even received a complimentary uke booklet! The case is luxurious, thickly padded with a plush inner lining and will a neat colourful embroidered badge. It has carrying straps and a smooth zip, another sign of quality. The ukulele itself is fitting of its price tag and absolutely beautiful. If you’re an intermediate player like myself it’s a perfect size and serious enough quality level to take travelling. I’m sure it’s perfectly suited to beginner and advanced player too depending on your budget. But this is money we’ll worth spending, I love this instrument, it’s easy to play, got a mellow tone and a surprising decent volume considering it’s shallow body. The engineered rounded back takes care of the extra volume so Kala have designed this model perfectly balanced for tone while staying compact for traveling. Finally I found the Bax Music website easy to use and navigate. I didn’t really need to use the chat facility because I knew exactly what I wanted! Thanks for a great service 😊
