Bought an Adam Sub8 subwoofer through their website on Saturday 2nd July and chosen delivery date on Wednesday 7th July and received the Card Payment successful response immediately. On Sunday 6th July evening, received an email that my item was handed over to Hermes along with tracking number. The Hermes tracking still says today as they're still expecting the item to be received from Bax. Tried to call Bax support on Wednesday 7th July morning but it goes to automated response that they will call soon within 4 hours. No response. When I tried to call them in evening the automated response was they will call me next day. Very bad experience. Am so frustrated that I claimed Card Dispute through my Bank on Thursday 8th July and got back my money today into my Bank account. After I got back my money today, the store support sent me email (after ages) whether am happy with the purchase - completely bizarre. Today evening, their customer support emailed me with a tracking link (which not works) along with a message that I will receive the item in few days. I replied them that I don't need item from them as I've already claimed back my money through my Bank. AVOID THIS SHOP!!
