Order 5 days late, so far. Hermes claim to have attempted delivery last Tuesday (a day before you told me to expect delivery). I was home all day Tuesday and Wednesday. Hermes photo of attempted delivery blank (I don't believe they were ever any where near here). The only means of communication with Hermes is through their tracking system, which has not been updated since last Tuesday, yet promises to attempt delivery again next working day (i.e. last Wednesday). I've sent two emails outlining this problem to you, at Bax Customer Services, (Thurs. 15th and Fri. 16th) and have received no reply. I see from your profile that I'm not alone in being treated like this. I think you should take this complaint seriously. My order no. is 6985997 - my tracking no. is 1936112398086399.
