I placed the order for an amplifier (Fender Rumble Stage 800). At the point of order I was promised a Wednesday delivery date. I took a day off work to receive the amplifier. It didn't arrive. The next day I had to work, and so a delivery was made to my neighbour. Turned out to be just the power cable. No Amp. I tried to call BAX but no one was answering the phone and I was told to leave a message. The amount of time allowed for the recording is too short to state name, customer number, order number, nature of problem etc, so I had to make several calls with pieces of information. The next day I received an email stating that they had tried to call me (there are no missed calls on my phone), that it must be very annoying and do I want my money back. True story. It's just another time when companies that want your money provide exemplary customer service, but once they have your money, they truly suck. I am so angry at the moment. Please take that into account when reading this.
