Hard to know how to rate Bax. To be fair to them, I did receive my order, and the product has been fine. However if you do need to get in contact with them, good luck.
I believed there was a problem with the item I received (I thought there was a cable missing, turns out it was hidden in the outer packaging). So I went on Bax Musics website to get in contact with them.
First port of call was an email - which I have never received a response to. I then rang them a few times. Upon calling you will be greeted by an annoying automated message, and asked what you are calling about. It will then tell you they will call you back, and hang up on you (there is no option to hold the line and wait). I have not received a call back yet from any of my calls.
In summary, I have ended up OK, and my new speakers/sub are working fine. However if do you have ANY issue with your order, you will find it impossible to get in touch with Bax Music. Their customer service is useless. I suggest you try it now, I guarantee you won't get through.
