I purchased a Lenco LS-300 in early august which arrived late and damaged. The Bax Music return process is a slow process and I was advised several times in the last 5 weeks that a refund would be given within a 48 hour timescale and I’m still waiting for a response from a guaranteed final refund processed within 48 hours ago (216 hours ago to date.
Please consider any other alternative sellers. If you have an issue then it will drag and drag on it’s not worth the hassle. I’m sure that if your purchase has no issues then things will be hunky dory however any issues and YOU WILL HAVE HASSLE their return process is very time consuming and the customer service at times is non existent (brilliant on first contact but rapidly deteriorating after that)
