I ordered a Fender Jazz Bass on September 8. It was in stock and was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. I took the day off work for the delivery but it didn’t show up. Now Bax are saying that it’s been delayed. I’ve asked for a refund but they keep saying they’re investigating it.
Getting through to them on the phone is a waste of time, they just do not answer the phone. A response to an email takes a day. It’s clear that they aren’t going to refund me.
Please don’t order from this company, they are honestly the worst I have ever dealt with.
