My problem isn't with Bax. I have ordered from them before and everything went well but on this occasion I am furious at the courier service here in the UK.
I ordered a Gig Bag on Tuesday 16th November and chose delivery for Friday 19th November. Nothing was delivered on Friday but the Hermes App said the parcel was bigger than they were expecting and so a specialist courier service would be required. They said they would let me know in 24 hours. Nothing happened until the following Wednesday (24th) when the app message was updated to "We're sorry we haven't been able to deliver today. We'll update your tracking when it's on the way on the next working day."
Two days later and now, at the end of the day (26th) I still have not received my gig bag.
I have written to Bax customer service twice but I have had no response to my request for help.
it is impossible to speak to anyone at Hermes and so I feel completely helpless in tracking the whereabouts of my item.
So, I'm not angry at Bax, as they shipped on time, but I am not happy with Bax Customer Service as they haven't responed. As an overall service relying on Hermes I am extremely unhappy.
Please use a reliable courier in future as Hermese are well known in the UK to be absolutely useless!
