I ordered 2 EV ELX20018SP Bass bins. When they arrived one was very second hand. I returned the damaged one the replacement you sent (which I waited in for all day) was a power lead. And now I'm trying to sort it you don't answer emails or answer the phone. Worst music shop I've ever used bar none. Avoid this company like the plague,
