ok, I'm going to be totally honest. I ordered a Fazely 'Strat' style guitar in Cherry Wood from the website, paid for it on 9/2/22 and within 2 hrs received an email confirming that payment had been made, followed by another to say that the guitar had been dispatched with a delivery date of 14/2/22 and giving me the tracking number for Parcel Force.
I kept on checking the tracking via the link, however it never changed from 'Advised', so I decided to call the UK customer services on the 14th and spoke to Jamie. He put me in hold for a couple of minutes whilst he checked on the status of my expected delivery, and then returned to tell me that after speaking to head office they couldn't understand why the courier hadn't updated the tracking as the guitar was definitely dispatched. I was concerned that I would lose the guitar in the system, however, Jamie was not for letting that happen and informed me that a second guitar had now been dispatched and would be with me by 16/02/22.
After reading some not so complimentary reviews, I was skeptical to say the least. As before 2 emails duly dropped into my email address including another tracking number, which I followed with baited breath! This time all appeared to be going well, item recieved by courier that SAME DAY, and out for delivery today!
The guitar has just arrived and if I'm being honest, surpassed my expectations! The finish is lovely, no marks, dints etc, sure it needs a set up and new strings etc, but even top end guitars need setting up.
All in all, even taking the original mishap into account it has been a positive experience and I will use Bax Music in the future for sure
A massive shout out to Jamie for getting it sorted in double quick time, he's a credit to customer service.
