Ordering online was straightforward and efficient. Delivery was delayed by one day because of a high number of orders, but I was kept well-informed throughout the process. The guitar and case were well-packed and arrived without any damage. The product represented excellent value for money and I am left wondering how Bax Music manage to keep prices so low. I cannot see how my experience could have been any better.
