Needed a hard case for my Les Paul special tribute. They were the only site which had one in stock. Had initial trouble with Royal Mail tracking and when asked was informed there were problems due to the P&O ferry issue. However on the due day - all of a sudden the tracking kicked in and it arrived on the original promised delivery date. Product (Gibson) Les paul junior hard case is great and was just what I needed. It would be nice if you could get through on a phone number in such circumstances - but the email response was prompt and I would definitely use again.
