DIY guitar kit (LP type) seems to be a good purchase with the guitar wood very attractive. Haven't started building it yet so can't comment on the hardware. However the big drawback is the lack of wiring instructions which make the wiring very difficult and pretty much hit and miss. It would have helped a little if the wiring was solderless. So many diagrams online and with different colour cabling trawling the net for answers doesn't really help. Included instructions would have helped and probably give me the confidence to buy the tele version but without them I'll probably not bother again.
