This is the worst company i have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered over £400 of gear as i was supposed to get delivered before i wnt on holiday. This never happened so i went away never receiving the products. Further more it seems now that UPS has either lost the package or it has been stolen as i havent been at home to collect it yet there saying it has been delivered to a side door? How can this be when no one was at home for a week? Plus the customer service has been appauling. I am now over £400 out of pocket and no products because of BAX and UPS incompetence. Would never use this company again. I am now gaving to go through my bank to retrieve my money.
