I have emailed customer services about an item that I recently bought (it broke the first time I tried to use it on a gig!). I'm still waiting for a reply - I'm not sure why they're asking me for a review as they've had no opportunity to resolve this issue yet? lets' hope that they actually read this and take some positive action!
