I've always found Bax highly competitive on price. I was delighted with the reverb pedal I ordered; TC Electronics Skysurfer. The reverb is lush, vibrant and convincing, especially on the hall setting. I played it through a Fender Bassbreaker and it added a depth and feel to the sound that gives another dimension to your playing. If you want to go the sublime to the ridiculous, then try the plate setting. For those that like the overdriven sound it still cuts the mustard. For a pedal that's sub fifty pounds I was very impressed. Just one observation though Bax.........Please can you put the item in a box that's better suited to it's size, and add some bubble wrap. The item arrived in a rather large box, with no bubble wrap. The box had opened in transit and the contents were rattling around loose. I was concerned that I was going to end up with a defective product before I had started. Mercifully it worked as it should do; a testimony to the robustness of the pedal.
