BAX will send you B stock items and deceptively mask them as brand new. I ordered a £1400 instrument and received the item (late might i add) with severe damage. There was insufficient packaging and the box was open, this was a used instrument.
I sent it back and BAX sent me another one, the instrument was clearly used and had minor damage, however I decided to just keep it as i had already wasted enough time with this company.
They then sent a 3rd instrument in error. I was already frustrated with BAX due to the poor experience to date, they then contacted me to return the instrument that they sent in error or to pay for it.
It is illegal to request payment for unsolicited goods in the UK, so i will be investigating this with a solicitor very shortly. I opted to return the instrument, however BAX wanted me to print labels and deliver this to a UPS depot. I refused to be inconvenienced any further than i already had, so insisted they collect the instrument from my place of residence and print any labels themselves / send them to me. I also requested they arrange delivery for a weekend as i work during the week. They were quick to refuse to arrange delivery for a weekend and then threaten me with debt collectors.
So I have had to take a day off work for them to collect something they sent in error in the first place.
Utter disregard for their customers and utter disregard for the UK legal system. Stay away!!!
