I ordered the 4u rack unit and had received it within 48 hours. It was well-packed and in perfect condition. It came as a flat-pack kit and took me around 40 minutes to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It provided excatly what I needed to fill a gap in my rack system and appear sturdy and well-designed. I have only given it 4 stars for one simple reason. Bax sent it in an enormous box which was probably at least 10x the volume of the actual flat pack within. When it was delivered I wondered if they had sent the wrong thing (until I opened it and found it was full of packing material. A waste of the planet’s resources. I am completely happy with the product however. If you need a 4u rack, buy one!
