Purchased a Roland FP10 digital piano. Excellent purchase overall. Great product at reasonable price. The delivery was not on time as guaranteed by a few days, but this was around Xmas period and royal mail strike, so it was late in packing and delivery. If you want something urgent, get it early and don't take any chances.
Luckily not have to use the refund or return process.
Would recommend based on this simple transaction experience.
