The only problem was with the ups delivery. Ups tell you that they've collected the item and it will be delivered on a particular day and the reality is that the item is still in Holland. This was brilliantly and professionally explained to me by a member of the Dutch Bax team. When an issue is honestly and clearly explained it makes it so much better. The problem appears to be out of their control and otherwise everything was fine, hence my 4stars. I would definitely use them again but allow for more time. Thank you Bax :)
