Bax Max were very good in handling my order, and I particularly liked the dates I could choose to have my Stratocaster delivered. They were quick and efficient. The Guitar came in first class condition, along with all the paperwork and tools required. I like the idea about returns and refunds, but I can't see who would want to return an item of this quality, the guitar stand I ordered came with the guitar and that too is good quality.
