I have never bought anything from Bax Music before and must admit I was hesitant at first about buying anything after reading some of the reviews that mentioned delays in receiving items. I could see that payment could be made via PayPal so it gave me some comfort that there would be someone there in the background in the event of any problems. I plucked up the courage and purchased an Ibanez TMB35 and must say that I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and smoothly the transaction and delivery went. I selected the standard free delivery service and received the item recorded delivery in just over a day. Absolutely amazing service with updates from Bax and DHL map tracking provided. Excellent guitar at an incredibly low price that couldn’t be matched anywhere online by any other company. Kudos to Bax
