I have a love , hate relationship with Bax, when things go wrong they go wrong badly, however, now they have cut ties with the truly awful delivery service Hermes/ Evri things have improved enormously . This is the third guitar I've bought from Bax all have been excellent, the customer service has improved in the fact you do now get a reply , although not the speediest .the returns process is seamless and excellent.I have used it countless times without a hitch, excellent way to try pedals. You'll receive the guitar as it's left the factory so you're in the hands of the factories QC, they don't receive any set up adjustments pre sale.
