This guitar was a present for my daughter to learn on. It was delivered on time, well packaged and in good condition. The colour is lovely and it only required slight adjustment to the truss rod and bridge to lower the strings. It came with a basic gig bag which was adequate; a tremolo arm which just pushed in and was less than adequate; a very cheap jack lead which was useless (it wouldn't push in or pull out of the guitar without extreme effort) I purchased a quality replacement. It also came with hexagon keys for the truss and bridge adjustments. Putting aside the disappointment with the tremolo arm and jack lead, this is a nice guitar and good value for money.
