My order was dealt with by Bax Music very promptly, and I was advised that the item had left their warehouse on the same day I ordered it, so far so good. I placed my order on a Tuesday, but by the Friday there was still no sign of my purchase. I rang Bax on the Monday, and was dealt with very effectively. The delay with my order appears to have been caused by Parcel Force, something which seems to be a problem according to other reviews I've read. Bax Music really should address this issue, or use another courier. Apart from that, the item arrived in a sturdy box, and was undamaged. Although I bought it as a gift for a friend, I am impressed with the quality and value for money of the item.
