placed an order on the 29th of October. Received delivery Saturday(11th of November) at 12:31pm by Portuguese speaking driver. He brought the boxes inside my property and took the photo. Then i checked if the boxes have any damages and they all looked fine.
When later that day I opened the boxes to assemble the piano support and of course the piano it self. We’ve opened the keyboard box last and were shocked to find there is no keyboard! The box was filled with water and juice bottles, some other rubbish!
Also we find a message hand written on the piece of paper. The writing was not in english, but Portuguese. The google translator translated “sorry I’ve nothing to eat”. This is unbelievable and very frustrating!
Customer service doesn’t reply to my emails. I have paid £1855 for the box filled with rubbish.
