Great service and an excellent guitar for the price!
The delivery by Parcelforce took longer than expected but was due to illness at the sorting centre and bad weather. No reflection on Bax at all!
The guitar I purchased was a B stock, I had difficulty in finding any defects but when I did (some paint scratched off in the trussrod hole) I would not have returned it myself.
All in all very pleased with my new guitar and what I paid for it.
