Disappointing Customer Service and Misleading Discount Practices
I initially ordered two items with the intent of keeping the one I liked best. The company offered a discount, which influenced my decision to make the purchase. However, applying the discount turned out to be much more complicated than expected.
Despite my clear request, the customer service team did not provide a any response. Instead, they made the process unnecessarily complicated and failed to offer a simple solution.
Adding to my frustration, I requested a return label for and have been waiting for days without any response. I also asked to speak with a manager, but no one has gotten back to me. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable.
It's clear that the company uses discount codes to attract customers, but then makes it difficult to apply them. Furthermore, their return process and customer service are severely lacking.
Due to this negative experience, I will not be ordering from BAXMUSIC again. I advise others to be cautious when dealing and to be prepared for potential issues with returns and customer service.
