I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Bax Music. They have been pressuring me to pay a debt that I do not owe, despite providing all the necessary evidence to prove this. Their finance team seems completely incapable of properly investigating and resolving their own mistake, and it’s been impossible to speak to anyone who can actually help. This issue has been ongoing for years, causing unnecessary stress, and it’s clear that Bax Music has no interest in taking responsibility for their errors. If you’re considering doing business with them, be aware that their customer service is severely lacking, and they don’t seem to care about resolving issues that they themselves have created. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Bax Music. Their incompetence and disregard for customers is truly disappointing.
