Purchased a Pioneer DJ PLX-500 Turntable at the best price from BAX. Delivery was efficient and very well packaged. Contacted customer services about missing items but little help. Found the parts when preparing to send back as a return. If you buy this item, the pick-up etc is buried inside the styrofoam packing, not obvious. Now, very happy with my purchase, it's excellent quality and value for money.
