If I could give no stars I would! I ordered an item on 7th January which should have been delivered on the 10th. It did not arrive. The tracking notice they sent me said 'adsvised' and has said that until now (25th January). I sent emails and tried calling with no response. Several days later I had an email saying they had started an investigation, so I dutifully waited and...nothing happened. I tried phoning again, no response. Eventually they sent me an email asking me to review them as I had my lovey new product..NOT! I also got another email several days later saying they were sorry for the delay but they had started an investigation (yes I know!!!). So eventually I sent this email. Hi. Has there been any progress on finding where my order is? It is now 12 days overdue and you started an investigation on Jan 16th, that's 7 days ago. I have to say that I am not happy about this. The project the item was for has had to be put on hold for now, a delay I did not need. Surely it doesn't take a week to find out where my item went! I ordered and paid for an item which I have not received. If that item was lost by your courier or in your system, that is not my problem. I have paid for and expect to receive the item I ordered or, receive a full refund. Now my preference is to receive the item, because I need that item! Could you not simplify matters and just send me another one? Clearly I am not going to receive the original otherwise it would have turned up by now, and if it does it may well be damaged, in which case I would have to suffer all the problems with returning it. I had hoped to have a great first time shopping experience with Bax, instead I have had a very poor one and very reluctant customer service. So this is likely to be my last shopping experience with you. Believe me no one is more disappointed than me. That was three days ago and guess what...no response. I'm just glad I paid with PayPal at least I have some chance of getting my money back. Want my advice? Avoid Bax music like the plague. I have bought lots of stuff online from various places and service has varied a bit, but always worked. Until I ordered from Bax. Now I understand things go wrong now and again, but its the total lack of customer service that really upsets me. Give them a wide berth and shop somewhere else.
