1, sent me a used guitar when i paid for new
2, replacment guitar was the same used guitar!!!
3, had to get pay pal involved in order to get my refund as i kept getting fobbed off!
4, they have me a voucher as a "sorry" but it isn't valid.
Be prepared to speak to liz, Kingsley and Martin at customer services a lot!!! - if something goes wrong!!!
