HAD TO COMMEND THE HERMES COURIER SERVICE USED BY BAX MUSIC This review i had to write, not on the basis of Bax Music service only but the courier system they use, Hermes. On my recent purchase of a laptop stand, i expected to get my delivery on time as with all my purchases over the years. Some how, this purchase for the first time didn't show up on time and as such, i went to check my email. Upon on doing so, i saw a message from Hermes stating they could not deliver due to a road works going on and traffic was heavy and at that point, so even taking the detour would takes ages. I know this because, i too was caught in that traffic and road works coming to my destination 2 days before so in a nutshell, Hermes reason for missing the delivery on time was in fact truthful. I can highly respect that. And so, i got my delivery bright and early next morning. I'm a happy customer and appreciate that service from Hermes and thanks to Bax Music in the process. I hope both Bax Music and Hermes couriers keep this service and attitude going.
