I have changed my mind about Amber from Fareham branch and the service provided by the branch. I was wrong because Amber’s attitude changed, she started ignoring and avoiding my phone calls when there were issues to discuss and sort out, instead of calling me back she chose to send messages explaining that she was busy all day with various reasons. Amber and the senior associate MF started to send me patronising, criticising, blaming and pressurising e-mails which I certainly did not appreciate. The cost and the nature of the services offered for me to buy were never explained properly. Whilst at the beginning they were very keen to be helpful, they changed their tune and started being very difficult and unhelpful. Waste of time and energy. Also unprofessional and incompetent.
