Got me in the property quickly but 'played down' some parts of the requirements for passing the credit scoring and the inventory was very selective biased towards the landlord, especially the photographs- very carefully/ skillfully taken!
It would benefit all; including your staff if this was more honest at onset. Your system caused problems also, as I was unable to email through the images I had taken to show issues from the inventory and had to print it all out and post to you, a bit expensive and unnecessary surely in 2016?
